Heat oil in wok or stir-fry pan on med-high.
Add chicken and cook until 1/2 done (1 minute).
Add in garlic.
Add Essential Sauce Gluten-Free and water or chicken stock.
Add bell pepper, yellow onion and cashew nuts.
Cook until chicken is done.
Toss in mandarin orange pieces, white peppers ginger and stir about 30 seconds.
Take out and serve with rice.
*You can also use regular Essential Cooking Sauce with this recipe
