Baked Mushrooms

Wanting to eat something special yet easy to make? Try our Baked Mushroom recipe!

 6 large size button mushrooms
 ½ can of crab meat or 6 TBSP of crab meat
 4 tbsp mayo
 1 tbsp masago
 2 tbsp JustYume’s Essential sauce
 1 tsp sriracha
 2 stalks scallions - chopped
 1 chopped yellow onions (optional)

Set aside to use after the mushrooms are baked:
½ tsp masago
½ tsp JustYume’s Essential
Few freshly chopped green-parts of scallions

Pop the stems from the mushrooms and dice them.

Carve around the top of the mushrooms to make bigger openings.

Mix all the ingredients well.

Stuff the mushrooms with the crab mixtures.

Bake on “Broil” settings for 10 minutes.

To serve: top off with Essential sauce, Masago and scallions.
