Flamed Beef Cubes

Ingredients:
 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
 1 lb beef (thick cut good steak such as sirloin) cut into 1-inch cubes
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 4 tbsp Essential Cooking Sauce
 ¼ gal medium yellow onion, cut into 1-inch cubes
 ½ tsp ground black pepper
 ½ tsp sugar (optional)
 Lettuce and tomato, chopped for salad
Procedure:

Heat pan or wok until hot at med-high heat.

Pour in melted butter and add beef cubes.

Sear meat until browned on one side, about 60 seconds. (DO NOT TOUCH THE MEAT WHILE IT SEARS FOR 60 SECONDS). Then turn meat to the other side and sear again for 60 seconds.

Add garlic and mix (10 seconds).

Add Essential Cooking Sauce, onions, black peppers and sugar, and toss for 30 seconds until desired doneness.

Place beef cubes over salad. Serve immediately.

  1. Is the flamed beef cube recipe the same as the steak cubes and garlic noodles at your restaurant? I don’t see a recipe for the garlic noodles, where can I find that? I bought some of the essential sauce and they said the noodle recipe should be on your website too. Thank you so much. I live in the Springs but I come just to eat at your restaurant. I always get the steak cubes and noodles when I come but I’m looking forward to trying some of the others too.
