I don't know about you but I love sweet potato so much especially in this recipe. Try it at home this weekend!
Ingredients:
1 lb sweet potato - cubed
4 cups water
1 oz ginger - chopped
¼ yellow onion – cubed
1.50 tsp Salt
1.50 tbsp Sugar
1 cup coconut milk
1.50 tbsp Indochine’s Yellow Paste
Instructions:

Cook potato, water, ginger, yellow onion, ginger, salt, sugar together until potato softened.

Add coconut milk and Indochine’s curry paste.

Cool down and blend until smoothie consistency.

Served with coconut milk drizzled on the top with basil oil and crispy sweet potato pieces.
